Collier Swecker is a founding partner of the Mega Agent Real Estate Team at RE/MAX Advantage. He and his Mega Team are among the most successful Real Estate Agents in the Birmingham Alabama real estate market. Collier graduated from Auburn University (B.A., 1998), Cumberland School of Law (Juris Doctor, 2002) and Washington University School of Law in St. Louis (Masters of Law in Taxation, 2003). Collier was the principal partner in a law practice, Swecker and Sparks, for 3 years in Auburn, Alabama. As a real estate attorney he assisted buyers and sellers close over $50 million dollars in real estate matters.
His professional experience allows him to assist his clients in finding the best property to fit their needs, negotiate the best possible price and manage the contract from contract to closing - so they don't have to! She graduated from Armstrong State College in Savannah, GA in 1993 with a BA in English and teacher certification. She taught 9th and 10th grade English for a year, then shifted to teaching folks how to make great java in her role as Training Coordinator for Joe Muggs Coffee. Having honed her administrative skills in a variety of roles over the past several years, she’s proud to be part of the Mega Agent Team.
In her free time, Dianne is very active in local theatre as an actor and director. She currently serves as secretary on the Executive Board of South City Theatre, a non-profit theatre in Shelby County. Her teaching degree still gets a workout, since she also assistant directs South City’s Acting UP Children’s Theatre, which provides acting and behind the scenes opportunities for young actors ages nine to sixteen.
