Collier Swecker is a founding partner of the Mega Agent Real Estate Team at RE/MAX Advantage and as a former transactional attorney, he has assisted buyers and sellers close over $50 million dollars in real estate matters. Collier graduated from Auburn University (B.A., 1998), Cumberland School of Law (Juris Doctor, 2002) and Washington University School of Law in St. Louis (Masters of Law in Taxation, 2003). Collier was the principal partner in a law practice, Swecker and Sparks, for 3 years in Auburn , Alabama. His professional experience allows him to assist his clients in finding the best property to fit their needs, negotiate the best possible price and manage the contract from contract to closing - so they don't have to!

Collier was chosen as the 2007-2008 Cultural Icon by Keller Williams Realty in Birmingham, Alabama for his personal and professional integrity, as well as service to others.

Collier is married to Amanda Capps Swecker and live in North Shelby County. Julia Abigayle will arrive August 2009! They have 2 dogs Langdon and Kramer.

Mark is a strong believer of his personal priorties that are, God, Family, & Business (in that order!) Mark received a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Investment Management with a Computer Science minor from The University of Alabama.

In his personal time, Mark enjoys spending time with his family, playing sports including golf, tennis, basketball, soccer, football, and softball. He also enjoys singing and playing the guitar. Mark is an active member of The Church at Brookhills in Birmingham, AL. Mark is married to Crissy Buchanan Carlisle. Mark and Crissy have one son, Nicholas.

Paula Adams is the Lead Buyer Specialist and full-time Realtor with The Mega Agent Real Estate Team at RE/MAX Advantage. Paula supervises all of the teams Buyers Agents and ensures that all of the team's buyer clients have a professional and smooth buying process, front start to finish. Paula has over 20 years of real estate and project management experience. Prior to her real estate career, she spent many years at the University of Alabama at Birmingham working in professional recruitment, and she oversaw departmental programs and their fiscal management. The time she spent in recruiting at UAB has given her great insight into the benefits and pitfalls encountered by people transitioning from other areas of the country to the Birmingham area. Paula also attended the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

Paula is long-time resident of the Birmingham area, and as a result, she has acquired a wealth of knowledge on all of the municipalities in the Greater Birmingham area including those found in Jefferson, Shelby, and St. Clair counties. Paula particularly enjoys working with first-time homebuyers. She finds it professionally rewarding to guide a new homebuyer through the process, explaining each step, and negotiating on the buyer’s behalf to help them achieve their dream of homeownership. The greatest reward is being there to see the buyer receive the keys to their first house! Paula’s wide breadth of experience, extensive area knowledge, and compassion for her clients make her an awesome asset to The Mega Agent Real Estate Team as its Lead Buyer Specialist.

Paula is also a wife and mom of two school-aged children in Vestavia. In her spare time, you can always find Paula helping out at one of the Vestavia schools or at her church, Saint Mark United Methodist, where she regularly volunteers for the Children’s and Youth Programs. Paula and her family enjoy taking their camper on weekend trips and spending quality time together.

Amy is a newly licensed agent who leads Administrative and Marketing efforts with The Mega Agent Real Estate Team at Remax Advantage. Having several Business owners in her family, she has had the privilege of learning how to make a business grow in any market. In addition to developing knowledge of business management, Amy has had more than six years of customer service and marketing experience developed in the service industry. That experience, she gave her the opportunity to organize and manage several promotional events and marketing projects. While working with a promotional agency called Creative Management Group, Amy traveled the United States to promote a variety of products and services. She now utilizes these skills to provide excellent customer care to all of our clients. She has built great leadership and marketing fundamentals through all of her past experiences.

Amy has lived in the greater Birmingham area all of her life and is very familiar with the area and utilizes this knowledge with The Mega Agent Real Estate Team. She is looking forward to helping you in your real estate transactions!

In her free time Amy enjoys a variety of outdoor activities such as golf, rock climbing and riding dirt bikes. She also likes to work out and box, though not competitively. She is a member of The Church of the Highlands and volunteers her time to help the Whosoever Ministries.
